How does onboarding work?
Once you subscribe, weâll set you up on your personal Trello board,
usually within an hour. Thatâs your creative hub: youâll submit
requests, track progress, and chat with our team.â¨
Weâll also drop a short guide on the board so you know exactly how
everything works.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?
No limits at all. Add as many design requests as youâd like, weâll
handle them one by one, in the order theyâre added to your queue.
How does the pause feature work?â¨
Got a quiet period or fewer design needs this month? Just pause
your subscription and save your unused days for later.â¨
Your remaining days stay valid for up to 12 months, so you can
come back anytime and pick up right where you left off.
How do you handle bigger projects?
For larger design needs, like full Amazon storefronts, brand stories,
or A+ content, We break them into smaller, manageable parts.â¨
Youâll see steady progress every 48 hours until the full project
is wrapped up.
What tools do you use?
We use in Figma for design layouts, Blender for 3D product
renders, and the Adobe Creative Suite for post production, ads,
and motion work. We also blend in AI-powered tools to craft
visuals and videos that donât just look great , they sell.
What if I donât like the design?â¨
Thatâs totally fine revisions are part of the process.â¨
Weâll tweak and refine until youâre 100% happy with the final result.
Are there any requests you donât support?
We currently donât offer product photography.â¨
Instead, we focus on 3D renders, AI visuals, and photo
optimization. If you send us your product photos, weâll make sure
theyâre fully optimized using our data driven design approach.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 7 day satisfaction window for new clients. Where we
offer 50% refund, After the first week or once work has been
delivered, refunds arenât available due to the custom, creative
nature of our service.
Can I use Optup for just a month?
Absolutely. Whether you need us for a month, a quarter, or a full
year, itâs completely up to you. You can pause, cancel, or restart
anytime, weâll be ready when you are.
